But Scout is only one part of the larger Sentinel system. Sentinel is being designed as the business operating platform built around cannabis compliance—bringing the information, records, tasks, deadlines, procedures, and operational systems a cannabis business relies on into a connected environment. Instead of compliance living in one folder, employee information in another system, training records somewhere else, and day-to-day operational requirements being tracked manually, Sentinel is intended to connect those pieces so the business can see what is happening, what is due, what may need attention, and how the pieces fit together. Scout adds an intelligent layer to that environment, helping operators find information, understand requirements, identify potential gaps, and stay ahead of issues before they become bigger problems.
So what is Scout?
Scout is the intelligence layer within Sentinel, CannaPath’s cannabis compliance and business operating platform. Sentinel is being built around a simple idea: cannabis businesses should not have to manage compliance, operations, documents, employees, training, inventory, security, and regulatory requirements as completely separate pieces. The platform brings those functions together in one place, with cannabis compliance at the center.
As of September 22, Scout has received more than 100 submissions from our valued clients. We’re proud to see Scout already delivering measurable value by helping businesses find gaps, address issues, and make smarter compliance decisions before small problems become expensive ones.
And this is where you come in. Complete the form, upload the document or module you’d like Scout to review, and submit the $99 payment. We’ll confirm receipt the same business day and get your results back as quickly as possible, with all reviews completed within 3 business days.
Your Information & Data Security
We take the information you provide to us seriously. When you submit materials for a Scout review, your information is stored securely on our protected server only for as long as necessary to complete your review, prepare your report, and deliver the results to you. Your submission is not retained indefinitely or kept simply because you submitted it.
Once your review period expires, the data associated with your submission is permanently removed from our system using secure data-sanitization procedures designed to make the original information impractical to recover. In other words, we don't keep your documents sitting in a database after we're done with them. We retain what we need while your review is active, and when the retention period ends, your submitted information is securely destroyed.
Our goal is simple: you should be able to use Scout without wondering what happens to your information after we're finished. Your data belongs to you, and we treat it accordingly.
